Kate Winslet is turning 40 on Oct. 5 and we are so hoping to get invited to her party.
"I'm going to look amazing and I'm going to celebrate in style," the Oscar winner told E! News while promoting her new drama, Steve Jobs (in theaters Oct. 9).
But you won't believe what she wants for her big day—a pressure cooker!
Yes, you read that right.
"I'd quite like a pressure cooker," Winslet said. "I want to start making bone broths!"
Her co-star Michael Fassbender asked, "What does that entail?"
Winslet was more than happy to explain.
"Taking a whole bunch of bones and putting them in a pressure cooker with lots of chopped up leeks and onions and celery and all that stuff and you make this amazing restorative bone broth," she said. "You boil it up for like 12 hours and it cures you of all ailments."
Fassbender was intrigued. "Amazing," he said. "I love this. I will get you the pressure cooker if you will cook me one of those bones broths."
Winslet isn't he first celeb to rave about the healing qualities of bone broth.
"Bone Broth is everything," Winslet's Divergent co-star Shailene Woodley said in an interview with MTV in April.
Gwyneth Paltrow also praised it on Goop and Selma Hayek has said she makes hers from a recipe that she found on the Internet.
