They saved the best for last. The debut season of Bravo's My Fab 40th has presented some pretty extravagant—and drama-filled—affairs. But will the star of the Tuesday, Sept. 29 season finale survive planning both her 40th birthday gala and her wedding vow renewal?

Entrepreneur Notoya Green—who co-founded the website MediaTakeOut with husband Fred Mwangaguhunga—isn't just marking her big 4-0 with a huge, star-studded bash at Manhattan's Broad Street Ballroom, she and Fred also decided to turn the event into a vow renewal, with none other than the Reverend Al Sharpton officiating. Other celebs on the guest list include La La Anthony, Floyd Mayweather and Charlamagne. The price tag? Oh, just a cool $172,000!

To pull it all off, Notoya and Fred enlist La La to help. But will a good, old-fashioned NYC traffic jam ruin the big night?

It wasn't always wealth and celebrity friends for Notoya and Fred. In the exclusive clip above, the couple discusses their upbringing and past when they were strapped for cash. Things certainly have changed, but it seems like they haven't lost sight of their roots.

My Fab 40th airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on Bravo.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
