So long, @LamarJose. Hello, @LamarOdom.
It looks like Lamar Odom is making a comeback on social media, ditching his former Instagram page and starting fresh with an all new (and verified) page. "Official account of Lamar Odom, the NBA Sixth Man of the Year in 2011 and 2009/2010 NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers," the bio reads.
Lamar's page, which currently has three photos, has already gained over 90,000 followers. Meanwhile, the NBA star is only following five people, including former teammates Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher.
So far, his page seems to be very nostalgic, with LO sharing throwback pictures of him on the court.
One has him reppin' the purple and gold in his Los Angeles Laker gear, with the caption, "Feels just like yesterday #lakers #championship #basketball #nba."
Another shot goes even further back to his days playing for Rhode Island. "Forever Rhody.. @gorhodyrams #rhodymbb #atlantic10 #ncaa #basketball #uri #universityofrhodeislandrams #universityofrhodeisland."
Odom then switched up and shared a foodie pic to show that he's leading a healthier lifestyle. The snapshot shows some grilled chicken and brown rice, three hard-boiled eggs and a smoothie, to which Lamar simply captioned it, "Mmmm."
Lamar has had a rough year after losing two of his friends and having his divorce with Khloe Kardashian finalized.
E! News learned a few months back that his ex-wife has been checking in with Odom, from whom she filed for divorce in November 2013. A source told E! News that Khloé has been in touch with the 35-year-old athlete for quite some time, although she is not in near constant contact as some outlets have reported.
The insider added that Khloé loves Lamar and always hopes he's doing well (she echoed similar sentiments during a previous chat with E! News), but revealed she has not been to Vegas, where Odom is currently living, to visit him.
