Ah, the breakup diet. Seems to work for a lot of people—one of whom may or may not be Blake Shelton.
It's unclear if it's his split from Miranda Lambert or just the random desire to go running on the treadmill "bitch," but the country crooner was inspired by something to shed some pounds, and he showed off the successful results recently.
E! News reached out to The Voice star's rep to find out what Shelton has been doing to achieve his weight loss, and the answer was pretty simple: "He's doing the two things he hates to do—diet and exercise."

As for what's part of his workout routine (aside from looking "Sasquatch" on the treadmill)? A push mower!
"I realized this summer that my lawn needed mowing," Blake reportedly said during an interview backstage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, where he debuted his new bod. "And I looked in the garage and I have a push mower. You know, I'm not trying to be cocky or nothin' but I'm out there push mowin' my stupid lawn like, ‘What am I doin'?'"
He's also tweeted about his push mower, writing in July, "I'm mowing with a push mower. I'm mowing a BIG yard with a push mower. I make a lot of money and I'm mowing a BIG yard with a push mower!!!"
