Perk of being the self-elected President in a post-apocalyptic USA where the majority of the population has died and the country is essentially abandoned? Free reign over the White House, as you can see in E! News' exclusive sneak peek at the season two premiere of The Last Man on Earth.

Phil (Will Forte) and his wife, Carol (Kristen Schaal), who were banished from Tucson at the end of season one once the gang of survivors who found themselves in the Arizona city realized that the self-proclaimed leader of the free world was kind of a d-bag, find themselves in Washington, DC in the season two premiere.

In the clip, the couple, guided by the watchful eye of a portrait of Bill Clinton, get congressional with their dirty talk as they enjoy, ahem, marital relations at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. "Put that bill into committee," Schaal's Carol tells her husband (who doesn't have to be known as Tandy anymore and is going by "Phil" again).

Later in the episode, they embark on a road trip across the country.

At the show's San Diego Comic-Con panel in July, the cast revealed that Jason Sudekis will be returning for season two—and possibly not in space, where we saw him in the finale—and January Jones might be back, too.

The Last Man on Earth season two premieres Sunday, Sept. 27 at 9:30 p.m. on Fox.
