Watch: Are All of "The Voice" Coaches Shaving Their Heads?!

Everyone's favorite bromantic rivalry is back!

That's right—Adam Levine and Blake Shelton return to our TV screens tonight with the season nine premiere of The Voice, and the boys in the swivel chairs haven't let their summer break diminish their playful teasing. If anything, it's only made it stronger. Case in point: Adam's got a new hair style this fall and Blake isn't holding back.

"If I ever wanted to go out of my way to look like a complete idiot, I may shave my head like Adam," Blake told E! News' Maria Menounos during a recent visit to the set, before launching into a laundry list of bald-headed pop culture figures that he's compared his BFF to during filming.

"Blake must've spent 10 hours researching jokes about every famous bald, evil person in TV and film and breaks out the references," host Carson Daly said in a separate interview with Adam. "I was shocked."

But, according to Adam, Blake had a little help. "I gave him everything he used," the Maroon 5 frontman admitted. "He didn't even know who half the people were." You'll have to check out the video above to see just which hair-free star Blake had no recollection of!

The two-time Emmy winning The Voice returns to NBC tonight at 8 p.m. with mainstays Blake, Adam, Pharrell Williams, and returning coach Gwen Stefani.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
