Welcome back to the red carpet, Sandra Lee.

While all eyes may have been on the nominated actors and actresses at the 2015 Emmy Awards, many fans couldn't help but notice one famous chef's appearance.

In her first red carpet arrival since her breast cancer surgery, Lee pleasantly surprised fans by appearing at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles for Sunday's show.

Wearing a pale pink gown with a plunging neckline, the 49-year-old looked healthy and strong as she smiled for photographers.

It's quite the statement for the Food Network chef who recently underwent surgery following complications from her May 2015 mastectomy.

Just last month, Lee's team shared an update from the hospital room following her operation. In a matter of days, the blond beauty was showing signs of being her old self.

"We visited Sandra in the hospital this morning and we're happy to share she seems to be back to herself—rearranging flowers on the table, cleaning countertops and organizing seating for her visitors," the Facebook post read. "Then, true to form, she asked every member of the hospital staff she saw if they had eaten breakfast."

The message continued, "Her first call today was to ensure the cake she created was delivered for her niece's birthday."

With the support of family, friends and longtime partner Governor Andrew Cuomo, Lee continues to recover and keep a positive attitude so many people admire.

Just two weeks before her red carpet appearance, the chef summed it up best with an inspiring quote on Twitter.

"It is all about perspective!" she wrote. "Seeing things from a positive point of view is so important."
