Lights, camera, baby!

More than two months after Tamera Mowry-Housley and Adam Housley welcomed their second child, the Hollywood couple is ready to introduce baby Ariah to viewers at home.

On the season premiere of The Real Monday afternoon, the twosome brought their beautiful girl out onstage during the cast's "Girls Chat" segment.

"She is so loving. She has the calmest spirit," Tamera gushed to the audience. "I swear you guys, she's like such an old soul. She is such a blessing."

Wearing a pink onesie with fashionable shoes, the two-month-old appeared to be sound asleep until co-hosts Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, Adrienne Bailon and Tamar Braxton started gushing over the new family member.

"She is the best baby. She's so calm," Adrienne explained. "We're bothering her and she's still not crying."

Tamera added, "She is the love of my life…She actually loves sports. She loves watching sports with her dad so that's when they have their time."

Shortly after baby Ariah's arrival, the Sister, Sister alumna opened up about motherhood on her personal website. She also explained the meaning behind Ariah's name.

"It wasn't until after we had decided on Ariah Talea Housley that Adam and I learned the origin and meaning of both names—they couldn't be more appropriate for a family like ours whose faith is so very strong," she wrote. "Both Hebrew names, Ariah means Lion of God and Talea means one who resembles the morning dew of Heaven. We couldn't have found names with a better meaning if we had tried."

She added, "We are so elated (though exhausted) to have a beauty and healthy baby girl. We are truly appreciative of all of our family, friends and fans for their blessings."
