We never expected to write the words "Bindi Irwin channels Britney Spears," but the time has finally come, folks.

That's right, the 17-year-old Wildlife Warrior, who is competing on the latest season of Dancing With the Stars, brought a python to the streets of Los Angeles on Thursday evening when the cast and season 21 contestants shut down Hollywood Boulevard and partied throughout the night ahead of Monday's big premiere.

"@bindisueirwin just chillin with a snake wrapped around her neck in the middle of the street on Hollywood blvd ... #teamCrikey," Irwin's partner Derek Hough captioned a video of the late Steve Irwin's daughter smiling with a snake while clad in a sparkly pink costume.

"This is an albino burmese python," the Australian beauty says in the clip. "Her name is Sally and she loves dancing even though she doesn't have any ears and can't hear.

"She's very cute," Irwin adds before letting out an adorable laugh, "It's pretty cool though, she's very cute."

In the background, a man (presumably, Derek Hough) can be heard saying, "she's terrifying." Ha!

While Bindi's favorite party trick is quite impressive, we must note that she's not the first star to bring a python to Hollywood: that title belongs to Ms. Britney Spears.

Of course, we're talking about the pop princess' iconic performance at the 2001 MTV Video Music Awards, where she sang her hit "Slave 4 U" with an albino python (named Banana!) wrapped around her shoulders.

Spears' performance, during which she flaunted her insane abs in a sexy green crop top, has since become one of the most iconic VMA moments to date.

Here's hoping Bindi channels Spears' star power when she hits the DWTS stage! Good luck, girl!
