Imagine if Friends' Monica Geller entered a steak-eating contest, and you can pretty much picture our new hero, Molly Schuyler.

According to her Facebook page, Molly is the No. 1 female independent competitive eater in the world, and we have no doubt about that title after watching her destroy this steak-eating challenge. Of course, you'll also never want to eat red meat again because nobody ever said eating competitions were pretty.

On Sunday, Molly took on The Big Texan 72 oz. steak challenge, which is pretty simple: eat a 72-ounce steak, a baked potato, a shrimp cocktail, a salad and a roll in under an hour. Giant football players and professional wrestlers competing as teams of two lined up next to the 120-pound mother of four in Amarillo, Texas to come out on top. Unfortunately for them, Molly laughs in the face of men three times her size, and she dominated the competition.

She ate three of those meals; that's three 72 oz. steaks, three baked potatoes, three shrimp cocktails, three salads and three rolls! And she did it all in 20 minutes. She downed the first meal in 4 minutes and 18 seconds, shattering her previous record of 4 minutes and 58 seconds that she set last year.

The 35-year-old won $5,000 for her efforts, but everyone knows the pleasure of knowing you just scarfed down a free meal is priceless.

"It's free, so I'm pretty happy about that," she told KVII news. "Otherwise it would have cost me about 300 bucks."

One steak and sides: 4:18. Two: 11:47. Three: 20:00. Congrats to Molly Schuyler!

She didn't just impress the kind of people who take doggy bags home from PF Changs. The co-owner of the restaurant that runs the challenge basically had his mind blown by Molly.

"We've been doing this contest since 1960, and in all that time we've never had anybody come in to actually eat that many steaks at one time. So this is a first for us, and after 55 years of it, it's a big deal," said Bobby Lee.

Congrats on your victory and on your meat sweats, Molly!
