March was spotted earlier today in Manhattan, talking on the phone while walking the city streets wearing a trench coat and trying to shield her famous face in a pair of oversize sunglasses.
Meanwhile, the Food Network star was spotted in Tribeca on Monday, attempting to be as incognito as possible in a newsboy cap while he shopped for apartments around the neighborhood. Neither appear to be wearing their wedding rings.
E! News first confirmed that the longtime husband and wife had split last Thursday, less than 24 hours before Flay filed divorce papers.
According to court documents, the restaurateur wrote that their 10-year marriage had "broken down irretrievably."
Flay, 50, and March, 40, signed a prenuptial agreement before getting married on Feb. 20, 2005.
An insider told E! News earlier this week that Flay is "heartbroken" and that he "still cares about her."
Meanwhile, a separate insider close to the couple revealed that March "tried everything she could to save the marriage."
This will be the first divorce for March, and the third for Flay.
