On the most recent episode, Ophelia and Nick had a romantic date night, ice cream included. But...it wasn't ice cream. 

"We're eating ice cream, but it's not ice cream. It's cream cheese with cottage cheese," Merritt Patterson admits.

That "sundae" deserves an Oscar.
