She's been pregnant 41 weeks, four days and counting.

19 Kids and Counting star Jill Duggar's husband Derick Dillard posted on his Instagram page on Saturday a new photo of his pregnant wife, smiling radiantly as she shows her huge baby bump 11 days past her March 24 due date.

"Still waiting to meet our little guy," he wrote. "Maybe we'll have an Easter baby! #jillmdillard #babydilly"

Jill, 23, who also goes by Jill Dillard, and her 26-year-old hubby are expecting their first child, a boy, who will be the fourth grandchild for Michelle Duggar and Jim Bob Duggar.

The baby was supposed to have been born on March 24. Since then, Jill has been keeping busy—no best rest for this mama-to-be, apparently!

Two days after his wife's due date, Derick had speculated that the baby will arrive on the one-year anniversary of their engagement. Jill posted a sweet throwback photo showing him proposing. The expecting parents got engaged on March 29, 2014 and wed the following June.

"I can't even describe right now the anticipation I am feeling, as I am about to get to meet my firstborn son for the first time face to face," Dillard wrote in a pre-Easter blog post posted on Friday. "So many people have already testified that nothing can quite describe that moment and that I'll just have to experience it for myself."

"Now that I'm about to be a dad, I find it quite interesting that Jesus related the end of the world to the event of birth," Dillard added. "And it's easy to relate to because as much as Jill and I want to know when this birth will happen, the day and the hour of baby dilly's birth is definitely unknown."
