Spike TV's highly anticipated Lip Sync Battle premiered last night—and the show, inspired by the recurring segment on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, did not disappoint in its debut episode.

Hosted by LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen, Lip Sync Battle pits two celebrities against each other to, in the immortal words of RuPaul, "lip-sync for your life."

First up to bat? Jimmy Fallon and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who both came fully prepared to lip-sync their hearts out.

"I'm headed to New York City, my home away from home, for one reason—the lip-sync battle of all lip-sync battles. Jimmy Fallon, I'm coming to kick your ass!" The Rock says at the opening up the show.

The two then take the stage with LL Cool J and Teigen before the 47-year-old rapper quips, "I think you guys should arm wrestle to see who goes first" (unsurprisingly, Fallon was not a fan of that suggestion).

Asked what his first song will be, The Rock replied "Tay Tay" before adding, "but like Tay Tay and like we all do when we hear trash talk, we just shake it off."

Cue The Rock launching into an epic rendition of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off," which you simply must see to believe (spoiler alert: his dance moves include classic body rolls).

After the Hercules stud was finished, it was time for Fallon to show us what he's got, choosing the song "Jump in the Line" by Harry Belafonte

Once the tune began, Fallon immediately started to salsa across the stage, sending us all, including The Rock, into a fit of giggles while Teigen shook her maracas in the background.

Seriously, it's must-see TV, folks.

The funnyman proceeds to up the ante by choosing Madonna's "Like a Prayer" for his next lip-sync tune, and much to our delight, an entire choir joins him on stage.

The Rock then has a chance to redeem himself with the Bee Gees' "Stayin' Alive" before the Lip Sync championship belt was awarded.

So, who took home the grand prize? Watch the show to find out
