Are things cooling down between Gigi Hadid and boyfriend Cody Simpson?

The two, who have weathered a breakup before, showed some PDA while sitting courtside at a New York Knicks vs. Brooklyn Nets game at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday but didn't seem to be that, well, into it.

And it was pretty PG-rated. Wearing a white Marieclaire St. John dress shirt with the word "Hadid" written on the back, the 19-year-old model and Simpson, 18, were photographed kissing each other on the cheek at different times. There was even some affectionate face-grabbing and the pop singer was spotted placing his arm over his girlfriend.

The two began dating in 2013 and broke up in the spring of 2014. They got back together months later.

Hadid and Simpson have showcased, er, PDA in public before, such as at a Victoria's Secret event and a hot Miami beach vacation earlier this month. They even got naked together for a sexy photoshoot.

At the NBA game, when they weren't getting cozy, the two seemed fixated on the game...and other things...

And we know nothing sets the mood like being surrounded by more than 19,000 people, especially when one of them is Justin Long

In any case, it's likely the game just didn't make for the ideal romantic setting. Especially since the Knicks, which hosted Simpson, lost 100-98 to the Nets.

"Thank you so much Knicks for having me out.. bloody close game!" Simpson said alongside an Instagram pic of himself on the Jumbotron, looking nervous. "Cheers!"

And Simpson may have just been showcasing his resting game face. Here he is with Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner is at a Los Angeles Lakers vs. Dallas Mavericks game at Staples Center in 2012.
