Happy Birthday, Anastasia Steele!

As the release date for the highly anticipated erotic flick Fifty Shades of Grey quickly approaches, the studio has released a new still in honor of the character's (who will be played by Dakota Johnson) special day.

"Happy Birthday, Anastasia. #FiftyShades," read the caption to the shot in which the brunette beauty appears to be pondering an important thought while holding a pencil to her lips, which is inscribed with the words "Grey Enterprises."

Grey Enterprises, is, of course, the company that Christian Grey, the BDSM-loving billionaire owns, where Steele first begins her dominant-submissive relationship with the wealthy entrepreneur.

Based on the best-selling trilogy of the same name by author E.L. James, Fifty Shades of Grey also stars Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson

The long-awaited trailer for the racy film was finally released in July. The titillating clip shows Dornan as Christian Grey seducing Johnson as Anastasia Steele and introducing her to his red room of pain. The sneak peek also features an exclusive version of "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé.

While appearing at a Q&A at DBA in Hollywood for their "An Evening in the Writer's Room" series hosted by Reza Aslan last week, screenwriter Kelly Marcel was asked how difficult it was to write a sex sceen after Aslan recited a line from the book, "Mmmm...he's soft and hard at once, like steel encased in velvet, surprisingly tasty, salty and smooth. He's my own Christian Grey-flavored popsicle."

Marcel laughed and said, "She says that, 'You are my popsicle.' That line went in, it's genius. They apparently did that scene great. Apparently Jamie is great at being soft and hard at the same time. Which is hard to do for an actor! He's going to get an Oscar!"

But despite Dornan's Oscar-worthy performance, Dakota Johnson has forbid her mom from watching the super-sexy film. "I have not seen Fifty Shades of Grey. I don't think I'm going to see it," Dakota's mom Melanie Griffith told IndieWire last month. "[Dakota] was like, 'You guys cannot come. There's no way.' So we're not going. I did go visit for a couple of days when they were shooting just normal stuff. I did see the Room of Pain—I did go in there and check it out."

Fifty Shades of Grey hits theaters on Feb. 13, 2015.

(E!, NBC, Universal Pictures and Focus Features are all part of the NBCUniversal family.)
