Prince George Takes a Walk Before His First Birthday: See the Royal Baby's Adorable Pic!

Is Prince George really walking already?!

In this newly released official portrait, Prince William and Kate Middleton's adorable son throws up his hands for balance as he takes some steps before his first birthday. Clad in striped overalls and a blue polo shirt, the royal baby looks determined as he makes his way on the pebble-strewn ground.

The Duke of Cambridge recently shared some of their baby boy's latest milestones during a solo visit to Coventry's War Memorial Park, where he told primary school teacher Gill Naylor, "I think George will be running faster than me very soon."

Prince William went on to tell local resident Mavis Jarvis that "George is charging around and opens doors" already, adding that William called his son "lovely."

And he's not the only one who thinks so.

Prince George has been racking up the beauty and style accolades as of late, getting dubbed most stylish celebrity baby and most recently taking home the title among tots for best hair.

In spite of being one of the world's most famous babies, the royal couple has insisted that their little one has had a "normal upbringing." Writer Katie Nicholl, who penned a feature story about Prince William and Middleton for their family cover issue of Vanity Fair, said, "they take George to playdates at the homes of friends."

Prince George's official birthday is July 22. We can't wait to see how the royals will ring it in.
