Obsessing over Kate Middleton's latest little red dress? Don't get your heart set on ordering it just yet.

The Duchess of Cambridge selected a crisp red Goat dress on a visit to Blessed Sacrament School in North London, looking just as sophisticated as ever. And it would seem copy-Kate's everywhere would agree, because the Scarlett Belted Shift Dress sold out across the Internet within minutes.

Really, it's no surprise the pleated red number flew off the virtual-shelves—Kate's got a habit of inciting internet-shopping frenzies. Back in April during the royals' tour of Australia and New Zealand, the duchess's Diane von Furstenberg wrap dress sold out in a whopping eight minutes. And let's not forget the dress that kicked off the Kate effect: her royal blue Issa engagement dress.

Missed out on the online-shopping splurge? Don't worry; the stylish pencil dress is still available in black and gray versions. But don't hesitate—if the Kate effect is any indication, they won't be in stock much longer.
