Demi Lovato's Disney days are behind her, but that doesn't mean she's lost her love of magical things!
On Wednesday's Late Night With Seth Meyers, the 21-year-old singer opened up about her belief in aliens and mermaids (which are also aliens, she says).
"How self-centered would we be as humans to believe that we are the only living things in the universe?" she asked the late-night host.
"Well, call me self-centered," Seth fired back, "because I don't believe in aliens!"
These mermaids, Demi insisted, don't look like the half-human, half-fish creatures we've seen in books. "There's like pictures online," she said, also admitting, "I'm a huge fan of conspiracy theories."
Perhaps some of her new "senior citizen" neighbors would be interested in hearing some of those tales! Demi dished to Seth about being the youngest resident at her apartment complex—something she doesn't mind one bit!
"I am so happy about it, because finally I'm not the only one with blue hair," she joked. "I love it. I don't like the whole Hollywood lifestyle. I stay out of the public eye as much as i can."
