One look inside Josh Groban's sprawling Malibu digs and we're having a major case of house envy.
Catt Sadler joined realtor Chris Cortazzo, giving E! a tour of the singer's amazing home. And if you like what you see, we've got good news: it's for sale!
Of course, it's not exactly cheap—so you'll have to have some pretty deep pockets. Fabulous homes come with fabulous price tags, after all. So what is the purchase price, you ask? A cool $5.47 million.
But, it's clear these digs are worth the steep price. Catt and Chris tour through the entire home, including the sprawling kitchen with a Viking stove, the awesome entertainment room, the master bathroom (complete with a steam shower, of course), and the master suite that opens up to a balcony with a million-dollar view.
They also walk through the beautiful grounds, and Catt and Chris actually climb up in one of the stunning coral trees on the property. "I feel like this is our prom photo!" joked Catt.
But all jokes aside: this place is truly amazing. And of course no tour of Josh Groban's house is complete without a stop in the studio. We've always wanted a recording studio of our own! Not that we sing, or anything. But it would be so cool.
