Liam Payne, as fans know, is off the market. Sorry, ladies.
But the One Direction star sat down for an exclusive interview with E! News and he was not shy when it came to chatting his ladylove, Sophia Smith. Does she pay attention to all of the rumors swirling around her famous boyfriend on Twitter?
"I don't really think she looks at it too much to be fair, because, well, I kind of told her not to anyways," the 20-year-old English singer told Jason Kennedy. "There's just stuff out there that you just don't want to see."
Very understandable and a healthy approach to dating someone in the public eye, if you ask us!
The 1D hottie is busy promoting the band's third studio album, Midnight Memories, which is scheduled for release on Nov. 25. Their flick One Direction: This Is Us is coming to Blu-ray and DVD on Dec. 17.
Even though Payne auditioned on the X Factor as a solo artist, he now thinks it would be "weird" to be on his own again.
"I don't really know how it would work," Payne admitted. "It kind of scares me a little bit."
