Could OPA handle a baby?!

A source confirms to E! News that Scandal star Kerry Washington is expecting her first child with her husband of four months San Francisco 49ers cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha. And though a source tells us it's "unlikely" that Shonda Rhimes will choose to make Olivia pregnant (and gift our eyes with all with the fixer's sure-to-be amazing maternity wear), we couldn't help but wonder how her Gladiators and frenemies would react to the news of her pregnancy.

Would Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) boast, brag or break down? Would Mellie (Bellamy Young) get drunk or raise hell? Would David Rosen (Josh Malina) even care? Don't worry, we found the answers to all those questions and more...

David Rosen: Would pretend to not give a damn.

Abby Whelan: Would comment on how Olivia shouldn't get maternity leave since they aren't allowed to have personal lives.

Harrison Wright: Would booty dance upon learning he will soon be an uncle.

Huck: Would pledge his loyalty to the offspring immediately.

Mellie Grant: Would promptly get s--t-faced.

Cyrus Beene: Would find anyone actually wanting to have a baby, not just adopting one to shut their husband up, hilarious.

Jake Ballard: Would collapse under the emotional weight. He's so delicate after his time in the B613 hole. (Then he would ask for more wine, obviously.)

Quinn Perkins: Would pretend to be concerned about Olivia, but would really be thinking about murdery things.

Fitz, If He Is the Father: Would gloat harder than anyone's ever gloated in the history of gloating.

Fitz, If He Not's the Father: Would go cry in the shower, glass of scotch in hand.

Rowan: Would continue to be the worst father ever. You do you, Daddy Pope. You do you. Just not around our girl, so you can go shave your back now.
