Olivia Wilde made her first official public appearance since announcing her pregnancy over the weekend. On Tuesday, Oct. 29, the actress' baby bump made its red carpet debut at the International Women's Media Foundation's Courage in Journalism Awards in Beverly Hills.

The Rush star dressed her new curves in a Cushnie Et Ochs dress, which she paired with Jimmy Choo heels, a Stephen Webster cuff and a Clelia clutch.

This will be the first child for Wilde, 29, and Jason Sudeikis, 38, who got engaged in January 2013. The pair first met in the spring of 2011 and were romantically linked by the end of the year.

Wilde thanked fans for their well wishes via Twitter on Sunday, Oct. 27. "WOW. You guys are awesome. So kind. Thank you thank you thank you!" she wrote. "PS. Babies eat mostly salsa right?"

Just six months ago, the once-married Drinking Buddies star said she was leaving family planning up to fate. "I am not trying to have kids now—there's no strict plan for anything in my life. What happens, happens," she told Marie Claire. "He's so good with kids...I've never before experienced looking at someone and thinking, 'That's who I want to raise a child with.'"

"We've discussed all our ideals and hopes. I can't wait for children," she said of her fiancé. "I'm open-minded about how many, but three, which I love, is like a little party."

Prior to announcing her pregnancy, Wilde and Sudeikis had been planning to tie the knot in New York. It's not yet known if they're planning to postpone the ceremony until after the actress gives birth.
