For Rihanna this is a weekly occurrence and usually results in another new hairstyle. Yet, if we were going to pick her most shocking beauty look this year, it wouldn't include a cut or color change. It would, however, be the moment she decided to wear a blue statement lip to her River Island launch in London.
Wildest hair moment would instead go to Nicole Richie, who dyed her hair a gray-blue color for the 2013 Met Gala in New York City. Not surprisingly, the "Diamonds" singer was a fan of the look.
Runner up in the craziest hair color change category would most likely go to Ke$ha, who rocked rainbow hair earlier this month.
Tress transformations aside, there were plenty of eyebrow-raising looks including art pop nail art and bleached eyebrows.
