With everyone all abuzz over the likelihood that Jamie Dornan will soon be cast as Christian Grey for the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey, it got us thinking about some of the other Hollywood hunks who once stripped down to their skivvies as male models before making their way into the acting world.

After all, the 31-year-old star did strike a pose in several Calvin Klein underwear campaigns prior to making his film debut opposite Kirsten Dunst in 2006's Marie Antoinette.

Here are a few more guys who didn't hestate to flaunt their fabulous figures...

Joe Boxer

Ashton Kutcher: Before he played the dimwitted but loveable Michael Kelso on That '70s Show, starred in such movies as Dude, Where's My Car and replaced Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, Kutcher signed on with Next modeling agency after participating in the International Modeling and Talent Association competition in 1997. From there, he was featured in ads for Joe Boxer and Calvin Klein.

Incidentally, the guy who won that modeling competition? Josh Duhamel, who spent some time as a briefs boy himself.

Antonio Sabato Jr.: The hunky actor, who has appeared in everything from General Hospital to Melrose Place to Bones, first got our attention as a Calvin Klein underwear model in 1990, the same year he appeared in Janet Jackson's "Love Will Never Do (Without You)" music video.

Tyson Beckford: The New York native began showing off his nearly naked self in 1993 when he was recruited to model for Ralph Lauren Polo. He has since appeared in several films including Into the Blue, Biker Boyz and, appropriately enough, the model-based comedy Zoolander.

Channing Tatum: He didn't earn the Sexiest Man Alive title for nothing. Like many of these other perfectly chiseled fellas, the Magic Mike star served up a little bit of, well, magic, when he modeled underwear back in the day.

Mark Wahlberg: When he was better known as rapper Marky Mark, Wahlberg's killer abs were prominently put on display on huge Calvin Klein billboards. Soon after, he found major success in Hollywood, including an Oscar nomination for his performance in Martin Scorsese's The Departed.
