The stars of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills don't always see eye to eye, to put it mildly.

But from one woman to another, Brandi Glanville wishes former RHOBH star Camille Grammer nothing but the best.

"Camille is a strong woman and I know she'll come out of this even stronger," Glanville exclusively told E! News Friday after hearing that Grammer had undergone surgery to treat early-stage endometrial cancer.

"She has been a good friend to me and I send her all my love."

Grammer's rep has confirmed that the reality-TV star underwent a "radical hysterectomy" today and is expected to make a full recovery, albeit after a "significant recuperation period."

She was "at elevated risk due to genetic issues," her publicist added, and "has been diligent about regular checkups and monitoring, which explains that early detection and rapid treatment."

Though she was no longer a series regular after RHOBH's second season, Grammer has kept up with the spirit of the show, tweeting just this week (and looking none the worse for wear, FTW): "Time to prepare dinner #RHOBH style haha," along with a photo of her wearing a sequined backless dress in the kitchen.

The 45-year-old mother of two divorced Kelsey Grammerin 2011 and has been dating attorney Dimitri Charalambopoulos.
