Looks like Zac Efron is getting back into the swing of things postrehab.
The 25-year-old actor's good pal Rob Lowe, who celebrated 23 years of sobriety in May, posted a Vine video of Efron looking incredibly happy and carefree while swinging around on a swing set and making silly faces with Lowe's son.
"Swingin'," Lowe appropriately captioned the clip, which was posted six days ago.
The video of the former High School Musical star comes less than a month after E! News exclusively reported that Zac completed a stint in rehab in the spring, around five months ago.
"He's healthy, happy and not drinking," a source told E! News after the rehab reveal. "He's taking time to focus on working."
Shortly after the news of Efron's time in treatment was made public, Lowe took to Twitter to share some words of wisdom, and although he doesn't mention the Paperboy star by name, it's probably safe to say we know who he's talking about given their friendship.
"A thought: if you only find out a person has been to rehab weeks or months after they got out, they're probably serious about recovery," he wrote.
Efron recently broke his silence after the rehab revelation, posting a pic of himself on his Instagram account while thanking his fans for their support.
"Hey guys! Just returned from an incredible trip to Peru with my dad and wanted to thank you all for your support these past few weeks…means the world to me. Love you guys!" he captioned the pic where he's posing in front of the famous Machu Picchu ruins, looking handsome and healthy as he smiles from ear to ear.
Zac's latest flick, Parkland, about the three days surrounding JFK's death in Dallas, hits theaters today.
"I'm good, real good," he told E! News at the premiere of the Peter Landesman-directed flick at the Toronto Film Festival in September.
Happy to see he's still doing well.
