Something about Christina Hendricks' dress reminds us of the bathrooms walls in our Aunt Frida's house. Or was that the couch in her three season room?
Either way, our brain goes to old lady interior design when we look at this floral frock. We love that TV's Joan Holloway doesn't shy away from very bold style, but some fabrics are better fit for bold furniture and walls, not bodies.
The thing is, we absolutely adore this cut on the curvy beauty. Something about the slightly belled sleeves and wide, round neckline flatten the Mad Men star's top, and that simple waist band and straight skirt are the perfect fit for her bottom.
So can we say, "gotta have the dress, but make the print stop?" If so, that's our call. But if we must draw a line, we're going to be as bold as Christina and say it stays. What's your take?
