TeenNick's longrunning hit series resumes its 13th season this Thursday with "This is How We Do It," which finds our gang kicking off a new school year after an eventful summer that was filled with new romances, new friendships and profound loss.
After dealing with the loss of his beloved brother Adam (Jordan Todosey), Drew (Luke Bilyk) is determined to give Degrassi its best year ever as class president, but will the job end up being too stressful for him? We've got an exclusive sneak peek at Degrassi's return, which features Drew introducing his student council cabinet before giving us quite a scare...
Student body president down!
Though the exclusive clip starts off fun, with Drew hosting a welcome back assembly, where he introduces the school to his social coordinator Alli, treasurer Connor, secretary Jenna and vice president Clare (loving the new hair, girl!). Awww, how cute is it to see all the former niners still BFFs and working together in their senior year?! But the fun doesn't last long as Drew passes out in the middle of his speech, saying, "This year is about fun, old friends, new developments." Oh no!
When season 13 returns, the students of Degrassi are ready to make the most of the school year, with Clare determined to get into Columnia to be closer to love Eli. As for the gang that went to Paris, Maya, Tristan, Miles and Zoe will all find out that what happened in Paris didn't necessarily stay there, a lesson Alli will also learn when her summer hookup follows her back to Degrassi!
