YouTube stars aren't the only ones covering Miley Cyrus' first-ever No. 1 hit "Wrecking Ball." On Tuesday, Sept. 24, Rumer Willis performed the chart-topping song during her weekly show at The Sayers Club in Hollywood. With the assistance of a backing band, the 25-year-old singer/actress—dressed in all black—belted out the breakup ballad with aplomb.

Willis retweeted several friends' and fans' reactions to the performance later that night. "@TheRue blew me away tonight! Absolutely incredible! I love seeing her show develop @TheSayersClub every week," one Twitter user wrote. Another echoed, "Miss @TheRue killed it once again at Sayers tonight. ❤ U mama!!!"

Willis recently signed on to star in E!'s scripted pilot Songbyrd opposite One Tree Hill alum Bethany Joy Lenz. Loosely inspired by songwriter Dianne Warren, the series will follow Lauren Byrd (Lenz) and her sister Mickey (Willis) as they try to make it in the music business.
