Lea Michele continues to prove she is one strong woman.

Hours after Jane Lynch paid tribute to Cory Monteith at the 2013 Emmy Awards, the Glee star took to Twitter with an inspiring message of her own.

"Rise and shine," the 27-year-old shared Monday morning with her 3 million plus followers. Underneath her message was a moving quote that read, "No Matter How You Feel…Get Up. Dress Up. Show Up. And Never Give Up."

Although the actress is not commenting directly on Monteith's In Memoriam segment, we can't help but imagine the tribute was very moving to the Glee star.

During the show, Lynch took to the stage where she called Monteith a "gifted and wonderful young man" who was "worthy" of all the love he received from fans.

After the show, Lynch described the special feeling of honoring her close friend in front of millions of people.

"I was honored to be the one that they asked to remember Cory to the rest of the country," she told E! News at the Fox Emmys afterparty. "There's a whole generation of kids whose lives have been enriched, and I'm really grateful to our show for that, and Finn Hudson and his openheartedness and inclusiveness is a big reason why kids love our show so much, and he's gone."

Shortly after her morning tweet, Michele followed her own advice and started her day with some close girlfriends. "Early morning glam w/ @Melaniemakeup & @Streicherhair for something very exciting :)" she tweeted.

We can't wait to see what this is all about!
