Kim Zolciak took a nap in her injured hubby Kroy Biermann's hospital bed following his surgery for a torn Achilles tendon Friday, and her daughter couldn't help but take a photo of the sweet moment.
Brielle Biermann posted the shot on Twitter Friday, which showed the couple cuddling up together as they slept.
The Atlanta Falcons defensive end suffered the injury during a football game earlier this month, and will have to sit out the rest of the season as a result.
Following the injury, Zolciak had nothing but positive things to say, tweeting, "My husband is incredibly strong & nothing will slow him down! Never has! Appreciate all the well wishes! He will be back stronger than ever!"
The Bravo celeb also announced recently that she and her footballer hubby are expecting two new additions to their family.
"I'm having twins and I couldn't be more excited. I was completely shocked. I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised," she told E! News.
"I can't believe I am going to be a mom to six children. It's going to be very busy but it's a dream come true."
