Joy Bryant may be watching the Emmys comfortably at home on her couch on Sunday, but the Parenthood star already has a favorite picked out.

"I would be so psyched if Kerry Washington won," the 38-year-old beauty said without any hesitation last night at People Style Watch's "Hollywood Denim Party" presented by Gilt.com at the Palihouse in West Hollywood.

The Scandal star is nominated for portrayal as the always-fierce Olivia Pope on the hit political thriller. She's going up against some heavy-hitting talent at the 65th annual show, including Nashville's Connie Britton, Homeland's Claire Danes (who took home the honor last year), Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery, Bates Motel's Vera Farmiga, House of Cards' Robin Wright and Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss.

But according to Bryant, there's no one more deserving than Washington of the highly coveted accolade.

"We're friends," the NBC star continued. "I would be really happy if she won, and anything and everyone from Breaking Bad."

But Joy isn't just fond of Kerry because she's her pal, she truly believes Washington is one of the most talented actress in the biz.

"She's put in her time, she's been in the business for enough time, she's done really great work," she explained. "She's an intelligent person. She deserves it."

No doubt, many agree with her opinion.

"Yeah, she's the s--t, so why shouldn't she get it?" Joy exclaimed before adding, "Plus she's my friend. I'm totally biased, but whatever."

While Bryant may be slightly biased, she certainly isn't the first star to sing Washington's praises.

"I think she's going to win. I think it's her year," Kerry's Scandal costar Giullermo Diaz exclusively told E! News at The Hollywood Reporter's pre-Emmy party on Thursday night. "And she's already a winner with us!"

"We believe so much in her [Washington] and in the show," Katie Lowes added. "She's like the best No. 1 in the business and it couldn't happen to a better person. It's her year."
