On Wednesday, Sept. 19, the 29-year-old E! star seemed to allude to this when she reposted a poignant quote on Instagram about masking your true emotions.
The photo in the post shows a young woman (literally wearing a mask) against a blurred background. "She smiles to mask the pain in her heart," says the text. "She laughs to conceal the tears in her eyes."
Aw. Thankfully, Khloé's family makes for one heck of a support system. She's also got a lot of love from all her fans, and she's knows it! "Always remember how much I love you!" the brunette beauty tweeted earlier in the day Wednesday. "I'm forever grateful for your love and support!!!!"
