Watch out for the pesky paparazzi!

On Friday's edition of Live From E!, Ken Baker, Arlene Santana and Will Marfuggi discussed the latest controversy surrounding photographers and celebrities.

Nicole Kidman was knocked down earlier this week after a man on a bicycle plowed into the Oscar winner. Although the actress didn't suffer any major injuries, some wonder if this is just another example of paparazzi going too far.

After pleas from Jennifer Garner, Halle Berry and Alec Baldwin for tougher regulations on photographers, could Kidman's incident bring about some serious change?

Also on today's show, the roundtable shared Billy Ray Cyrus' thoughts on his daughter's sexy video for "Wrecking Ball."

In the controversial clip, Miley Cyrus goes naked as she straddles a wrecking ball and takes the prop on a wild ride. Despite some concerns from parents, Billy Ray doesn't have any criticism.

"The song's a smash," he told Entertainment Tonight. "It wouldn't have mattered if Miley would have worn jeans and a flannel shirt, a tux or a nun's habit—her performance vocally on the tune reflects her roots and sheer God-given talent."

Finally, the panel shared their thoughts on the latest rumors surrounding The View.

According to reports, Katie Couric is in the running to replace Barbara Walters once she retires in the summer of 2014. The rumors, however, could already be coming to an end.

"She is always welcome as a guest on The View, and I was recently a guest on her show," Walters said in a statement. "But there is no truth to the rumor that she will be taking my place on The View."
