Dina Lohan has been busted for DUI.

Lindsay Lohan's 50-year-old mom was arrested in Long Island last night after being pulled over in her BMW by the cops for speeding, E! News confirms.

Dina was stopped around 11 p.m. for driving 77 miles per hour in a 55 zone. Police administered a blood alcohol test, which she failed for having more than twice the legal limit in her system (.20). She was then booked at a local station.

According to the New York State Police, after being taken in to a local station, "Lohan made an allegation that she was injured during the course of the arrest. State Police called an ambulance to have Lohan evaluated. When emergency personnel arrived and evaluated Lohan, there were no injuries, and she recanted her claim."

In her mug shot, Dina looks visibly upset after being arrested. She was later released to a third party and issued two tickets for DWI and aggravated DWI.

Dina is scheduled to appear in Nassau County 1st District Court on Sept. 24 at 9 am.

Dina's DUI arrest comes a month and a half after Lindsay completed a three-month stay at Cliffside Malibu rehab center. She has since been clean and sober.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, LiLo admitted to being addicted to alcohol. "That, in the past, was a gateway to other things for me," she said, adding that she did cocaine 10-15 times in her life. "A lot of stuff went on with my family when I was young and I grew up in a very chaotic home," Lindsay said, adding, "and then there were moments of everything being wonderful and perfect and then things being so uncontrollable and chaotic that—it's something people go through and unfortunately I waited too long to face it."

When asked about her most recent round of rehab (she's been a handful of times), Dina's 27-year-old daughter told Oprah, "In this case, I wasn't fighting at all. I just let go and was able to just be like, 'OK, you probably do know what's best, because my idea of doing what's best for me has not worked in the past."
