UPDATE: A source tells E! News, "Reports that Adrian is stalling the Entourage movie couldn't be further from the truth. Adrian is personally really excited about making the movie and everyone involved is really happy with the way things are going. There is no stall, although there are definitely still negotiations going on. The negotiations are almost complete and will get done shortly. He wanted this movie to happen from day one and it took a while to get a script that everyone is really happy with—the cast and studio included. He is looking forward to shooting the movie and he is confident that it is going to happen"

Grenier's rep could not be reached for comment.

Fans of Vinnie Chase, Drama and the gang may be disappointed to learn that the highly anticipated Entraouge movie may not be coming to a theater near you after all.

The New York Post reported on Wednesday that while Jeremy Piven signed his contract to reprise his role as super agent Ari Gold in the big-screen feature based on HBO's hit series, his costars Adrian Grenier and Jerry Ferrara have yet to sign their deals because they're allegedly holding out for more cash, leaving the production up in the air after Warner Bros. gave it the greenlight back in January.

Both actors' reps were unavailable for comment.

The report comes a month after castmate Debi Mazar confirmed to E! News that the Entourage flick had been delayed and may not be happening. The actress, who was making the publicity rounds for Lovelace, didn't give a reason.

E! News did catch up however with actress Perry Reeves—who played Ari's wife—at New York's Fashion Week and she seemed more optimistic about it.

"We are slowly but surely getting close to filming it," she said at the Mara Hoffman show. "They keep pushing the date, but we will make it. We are all coming back."

She added: "We are being so cautious on what we say because we have not started shooting yet. I think people are really excited to see it and it's still in the consciousness of people's minds. I always say don't let it go too long."

At this point however, it seems Entourage's mastermind, Doug Ellin, might agree, though he didn't sound as confident when asked on Twitter about the subject by Kevin Connolly, who played Vinnie's best friend and manager, Eric Murphy.

"Hey @mrdougellin Twitter is dying to know. Are we doing the Entourage movie or not?" asked the actor back on Aug. 11.

To which Ellin replied: "Trying to get everyone on board. Ain't easy."

The writer-producer's posts on the matter have since grown more pessimistic by the day.

"@chiplatham: @EntourageMovie and others r tweeting movie is shooting this fall. Any truth?"no one told me. Maybe billy Walsh is directing," he wrote one fan on Sept. 1, referencing notoriously mercurial character and director of Medellin.

@chiplatham: @mrdougellin @adriangrenier @AapLulzHain world peace seems impossible. So how about that movie?"seems impossible as well," Doug responded a little later.

"@jackjellyy: @mrdougellin you guys making a movie or what Doug" I'm not optimistic but still hoping," he posted on Sept. 5.

"@TOfromthe3sixoh: "What'r the odds here Doug? Us #entourage crazies dont wanna build up anticipation, just 2b let down."I wouldn't bet on it," Ellin tweeted this past Tuesday.

Lets hope they get it together soon.
