As New York Fashion Week rolls on, the sizzling hot runway looks are keeping us on our toes!

We scored some face time with American legend Tommy Hilfiger to get the scoop on the inspiration behind his spring 2014 collection.
In this candid interview, the timeless designer references major influences hailing from the west coast for a surf-inspired line that's sporty chic and totally wearable.
"It's from L.A.. It's from Melrose to Malibu. It's about neoprene and vintage surf but brought more modern," he explains of his designs.
So what did the models strut out on the catwalk wearing?
Plenty of cool California-appropriate pieces suitable for the coastal lifestyle.
Hilfiger highlights his favorite pieces including Hawaiian print separates, silk bowling shirts, short jackets and pajama-type pants.
"It's all very relaxed," he noted with a smile.
