Oh, how time flies!

Vanessa Lachey  and hubby Nick Lachey will celebrate their son Camden's first birthday this Thursday, and the milestone is giving Mama Lachey more than one reason to rejoice—like the fact that she can slip into teeny-tiny cocktail dresses again.

"I'm liking that I squeezed into this little number tonight," she told E! News at Fox's Fall Eco-Casino Party over the weekend.

And that's no small feat, considering the new mom has admitted she gained 65 pounds when pregnant with little Camden.

So, how did she shed those post-baby pounds?

Surprisingly enough, it was a tour bus rather than a gym that helped her bounce back.

"You know what I found that was the biggest help? I went on tour with my husband for two months," she revealed. "It's 12 dudes from the New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men, 98 Degrees tour. They're eating grilled chicken, protein shakes, salads—I'm like, ‘When are we going to pull over at Crackel Barrel?' Never happened."

But for those who aren't married to a pop star, Mrs. Lachey assures us that anyone can get the same results with a few lifestyle changes.

"Two months went by, and I realized I was eating good and being active and I think it's that simple—if you just get out there, get active and try to eat better," she advises.

But even if you have a bit of trouble bidding your baby bump adieu, Vanessa suggests new moms go easy on themselves.

"Don't put pressure on yourselves, moms! You just had a human being, and you're beautiful, and when it happens, it happens, and you get back in those jeans and it's awesome!"
