Splash news Lamar Odom has made another rare public appearance since leaving rehab.
Khloé Kardashian Odom's husband was spotted inside the Los Angeles apartment building he's presently staying at on Monday night.
Lamar was greeted by a few fans, and the 33-year-old basketball player graciously smiled and posed for pictures before leaving via the parking garage, TMZ reports.
E! News has also learned that, earlier in the evening, Lamar dined at Teru Sushi in Studio City. He stayed at the restaurant for roughly an hour and a half before returning home with two friends and seemed relaxed, happy and approachable.
The sighting follows the one on Friday, Sept. 6, during which Lamar was seen having lunch with a pal at Japanese restaurant Octopus in L.A. According to a witness, Lamar was "smiling" and "very nice and polite."
Lamar was arrested on Aug. 30 on suspicion of driving under the influence. Following his arrest, he was booked on charges of DUI and refusal to take a chemical test and a court hearing was set for Sept. 27.
Meanwhile, Lamar's wife Khloé stepped out with sister Kourtney Kardashian yesterday for some shopping and a visit to their Dash boutique in West Hollywood. It marked the first time Khloé had been seen out and about since her husband's arrest last month.
