After taking a post-VMAs trip to Miami, the superstar spouses attended Thicke's Blurred Lines album release party at No. 8 in New York City on Wednesday, Sept. 4. Patton planted a kiss on the R&B crooner while posing for photographers on the red carpet.
The Baggage Claim actress nearly stole her husband's thunder, thanks to her eye-catching Stella McCartney dress, which featured sheer panel detailing. Patton completed her look with Jimmy Choo shoes and Erickson Beamon jewelry.
The high school sweethearts also share the September cover of Hong Kong's Premiere magazine, where they open up about how their relationship has evolved. "I don't know if I would still be alive in some ways if it wasn't for Paula," says Thicke, dad to son Julian, 3. "She's been my rock, my muse, my inspiration and I love her. The whole way."
Patton echoed the "Give It 2 U" singer's sentiments, saying, "We're best friends. We laugh a lot. But that's our down time. We do the things you're supposed to do, like work out—blah, blah, blah, boring, boring. We love to travel together and travel with our child."
