Whether she's walking a red carpet or strolling about town with her two adorable boys, Ryder and Bing, Kate Hudson always manages to exude a pretty enviable fashion sense.
So, it comes as no surprise that the stylish star is injecting a bit of fashionable flair into fitness gear with her new workout line, Fabletics.
The collection, which Hudson co-created in partnership with online retailer JustFab, is perfect for gals tired of borrowing their boyfriend's oversized tee for workout sessions, thanks to a rainbow array of girly tops, bottoms and accessories.
And though the line doesn't launch until Oct. 1, we're already eyeing a few of the colorful pieces that we're tempted to rock outside of the gym because they're just that cute!
Take the brightly colored running shorts, which are right in keeping with the long-lived neon trend, and also fall right in line with the silky track suit trend that's been around for a couple of seasons. Pair the stylish bottoms with a button-down and a low heel and no one will be the wiser that they were intended for workouts.
And that's just the way Hudson would have it.
"I've always lived an active lifestyle, and with two boys life has only gotten busier," she told Women's Wear Daily back in July. "As a working mom, I know what it's like to be on the go and running around from one activity to the next. Sometimes you just don't have time to change, but you still want to look cute—whether you're taking a yoga class, running errands or meeting up with friends before you pick the kids up from school."
Even the items that are definitely intended for fitness sessions, like a feminine pink sports bra, offer the perfect balance between pretty and practical. We'd wear the flirty piece on its own or layered under a loose-fitting tank for a cool peekaboo effect.
We're also a fan of the lively cobalt blue Omemee tank that not only features a handy built-in bra, but also a head-turning racer back detail with multiple sexy straps.
But for those days that we need to work out hard, we're also coveting the super cozy looking capri tights and—now that the temperature is set to drop—the snug High Point Jacket with a turtleneck detailing that's sure to keep us warm for those early warm morning outdoor workouts.
