Mischa Barton and Sebastian Knapp have split, E! News exclusively confirms.
The former lovebirds—who were first romantically linked after meeting at Revenge star Ashley Madekwe's wedding in June 2012—pulled the plug on their romance "a few months ago," a source tells E! News.
"It was amicable," the source says of the twosome's breakup. "She is concentrating on her new projects and is in production on a new film."
Last year, the former couple found themselves at the center of rampant engagement rumors after the 27-year-old actress was seemingly spotted sporting a blingy ring on that finger.
Barton's rep shot down the wedding reports, telling E! News the blond beauty was wearing the bauble "as wardrobe for the opening night of her play."
The pair then sparked engagement rumors again—this time after the Coachella Music Festival—when Mischa rocked a tiny band on her ring finger. Her rep later said she is "definitely not engaged" and simply wearing the jewelry piece for "costume and flair."
So what's the newly single starlet been up to since the split?
The former O.C. star, who just celebrated the show's 10th anniversary, is currently filming the Wes Miller-thriller Beyond Justice, which also stars Vinnie Jones and Danny Trejo, and she's set to begin shooting the horror film Zombie Killers: Elephant's Graveyard alongside Billy Zane in September.
As for Sebastian?
He was last seen as John in the highly successful miniseries The Bible.
Prior to Knapp, Mischa was linked to oil heir Brandon Davis during her O.C. days, and she later dated former Whitestarr frontman Cisco Adler.
