On Thursday, the 31-year-old singer tweeted out her admiration for the 42-year-old talk-show host. "Love watching @livekellyandmichael" Brit wrote. " @kellyripa is so inspiring to women! I have such a #girlcrush :)"

"I've known her since she was a teenager, so I'm so happy for her and all of her success. She really is super smart, really creative, a great, great actress and she's a brilliant comic actress."
