Amanda Bynes Spotted in Times Square With a Shirt Over Her Head, Rocks Very Interesting Fashion

Troubled star was snapped in NYC Tuesday trying to hide herself from the paps

Amanda Bynes is up to, well, whatever the heck she's been up to again.

The troubled star stepped out Tuesday afternoon in NYC and was snapped walking around Times Square with a blue button down shirt tossed over her head while sporting some very interesting fashion.

And by interesting, we mean it looks like she got dressed with her eyes closed. 

The 26-year-old actress rocked a short ruby-colored velvet skirt, a fur trimmed puffy jacket, short nylon socks and tennis shoes (which she didn't even take the time to fully put on).

The latest pic is further photographic evidence of the star's erratic behavior in addition to her vulgar tweets and constant selfies.

"Don't expect too much from people, the less you expect, the less disappointments you'll face," she posted on her micro-blogging page just one day after the odd photo was taken.

"It doesn't matter what you think about yourself. All that matters is what your lover thinks of you," she wrote early this morning. 

Bynes recently threatened to sue certain media outlets over negative coverage of her strange behavior.
