Angelina Jolie's do-gooder ways continue.

The 37-year-old actress and goodwill ambassador headed to Africa this week as part of a special envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner.

Yesterday, Jolie, along with the U.K. Foreign Secretary William Hague, visited a rescue camp for women in the Democratic Republic of Congo to raise awareness of war zone rape.

Brad Pitt's lady looked stunning in pants and simple white shirt while meeting with local men, women and children at the campsite.

The Oscar winner was also still sporting a gold band on her left hand in place of her engagement ring.

Earlier today, Jolie and Hague laid wreaths at the Gisozi genocide memorial during a ceremony in Kigali, Rwanda.
