And it appears their partnership is stronger than ever, because after a whopping 28 years together, the couple behind Badgley Mischka finally tied the knot on Friday in New York!
Though the designing duo may be known for sending fancy frocks down the red carpet—most recently they dressed Helen Mirren for the 2013 Golden Globes and Queen Latifah for the 2013 Oscars in fab floor-length gowns—the pair kept their nuptials understated, opting for a quiet ceremony at City Hall.
"With much happiness, we announce that after 28 years together, Mark & James were married today in NYC," the fashion house's Twitter account shared on Friday, along with a picture of their simple, chic wedding bands.
The pair met in 1988, while they were studying at Parsons together and have been together ever since. One thing's for sure: A happy union is always in style!
