Ryan Phillippe Finally Sells His Hollywood Hills Home

Actor's house has been on and off the market for almost two years. So how much did it go for?

Well, it looks like the second time is a charm for Ryan Phillippe—at least when it comes to real estate!

The 38-year-old actor listed his Hollywood Hills home back in 2010, a few years after he and wife Reese Witherspoon called it quits.

In December 2010, the home hit the market for $7.45 million. After a year on the market, however, Ryan decided it wasn't the best time to sell and removed the listing.

Ryan slashed $500,000 off of his asking price before putting it back on the market last summer.

Now, after sitting on the market for an additional eight months, the home has finally sold for a cool $6 million.

The new owner will be enjoying 7,477 square feet of living space in the modern two-story gym, a bar, a large aquarium, a koi pond and a media room.

Ryan's ex, Reese Witherspoon, is still trying to sell her home in Ojai, Calif. It was originally listed for $10 million and now, after a couple of price cuts, is being offered at $7.25 million.
