Gru's back in the game, baby.

And by the looks of latest trailer for Despicable Me 2 that just hit the web, everyone's favorite arch-villain (Steve Carell) has his work cut out for him after encountering a new antagonist in the form of Agent Lucy Wilde (Kristen Wiig). And Al Pacino? Well, we can only guess at who he'll play as his distinctive voice doesn't pop here (nor does that of the film's arch villain...).

The teaser for the sequel finds Gru playing dad to the three orphan girls he adopted in the original—Margo, Edith and Agnes—and dealing with the things young daughters do (like text with boys). However, his rather quaint homelife is upended when he gets a visit from Agent Wilde of the Anti-Villain League who can give as good as she gets ("Lipstick taser!").

With Eminem's hit song "Without Me," playing over the rest of the clip, Lucy kidnaps our (anti-)hero and two of his minions and high tails it James Bond-style (her car transforms into a submarine, natch) to an underwater hideout. There, the League assigns him the task of saving the world again withi the aid of some "cool cars, gadgets and weapons," as Gru excitedly put it.

We can't wait to see what kind of trouble he gets himself into this time!

Despicable Me 2, which also features a voice cast including Al Pacino, Miranda Cosgrove and Steve Coogan, is scheduled to unspool July 3.
