Lil Wayne Thanks Fans for Their "Love and Prayers" After Being Released From Hospital

Rapper had spent the weekend in a Los Angeles medical facility after suffering multiple seizures

Lil Wayne may no longer be in the hospital, but he certainly hasn't forgotten all the fans who sent him their well-wishes while there.

"I'm feeling a lot better and again thk u all for ur love and prayers. It was truly felt...pause," Weezy tweeted on Tuesday.

The rapper was discharged from Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Monday.

Lil Wayne was taken to the hospital on March 15 after suffering multiple seizures. Despite some reports, though, his condition did not involve a medically induced coma.

Just last October, the 30-year-old star was treated for severe migraine and dehydration after reportedly becoming ill while aboard a private plane.
